OrderVista ("the App") provides post-purchase order information for merchants using Shopify. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, stored, and protected when a merchant installs or uses OrderVista.
When a merchant installs and uses OrderVista, the App may access limited information from the merchant's Shopify store that is necessary to provide its functionality.

OrderVista supports Shopify's required privacy and data-protection processes. Authorized privacy and data deletion requests received through Shopify are processed in accordance with applicable Shopify requirements and applicable law.

When a merchant uninstalls OrderVista, the App loses its authorized access to the merchant's Shopify store. Information associated with the store is handled in accordance with applicable Shopify requirements, legal obligations, and our data-retention practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to OrderVista, Shopify requirements, legal requirements, or our data practices. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
